With over 30 years of experience in hospitality and real estate, Courtney has built her career on the frontlines of industries where trust, presence, and human connection are everything. But she wasn’t always the natural CONNECTOR she is today…
An introvert at heart, she struggled early on with small talk and rapport. Over the years, she learned how to transform her quirks, her voice, and even her vulnerabilities into powerful tools for connection. Courtney now teaches sales teams, entrepreneurs, and service professionals how to leverage who they are as their strongest competitive edge.
Beyond her Business Success….
Courtney also spent eight years performing in a rock band, which sharpened her stage presence and taught her how to command a room. Today, she blends those lessons with her business expertise to help professionals in sales-driven industries turn connection into conversions.
